Q: How do I contact the magazine editors?
A: You can reach our editors via E-Mail at letters@time.com or via mail to your local TIME office (see below). Correspondence should include the writer's full name, address and home telephone, and may be edited for purposes of clarity or space.

BILLING/PAYMENT

Q: If I choose to use my credit card when I order on TIME's order page, is it safe?
A: Yes, as long as your current browser supports secure credit card transactions. To determine if your browser supports secure credit card transactions, look at the bottom left corner of your browser. When you are at a secure site, you will see a solid key on Netscape browsers and a closed padlock on Internet Explorer browsers. If the site is not secure, the key will appear broken and the padlock will appear unlocked.

Q: What should I do if I receive an invoice when I have already paid for my subscription?
A: It is sometimes possible that your payment could cross in the mail with our invoice. However, if you receive an invoice more than four weeks after you have paid, it may mean we have not received your payment. In that case, please contact our Customer Service Department.

CANCELLATION

Q:If I cancel my subscription to TIME, will I get my money back?
A: Absolutely. If you are ever dissatisfied with TIME let us know; we will issue a refund for all unmailed issues.

LATE ISSUES

Q:What if my issue arrives late?
A: As a subscriber, you expect each exciting issue of TIME to be delivered regularly. We do our best to ensure timely delivery and want to hear about any problems that arise. If you experience any undue delays, please let us know and we will look into it immediately.
